I just watched your 20/20 episode, which moved me to tears. All three of my grandchildren lost their lives in fire where their mother survived. I often wonder if they would have survived how their scars would have affected their lives. At 8,6 and 3 they would have remembered the tragedy. The 3 little Halos has been established to promote fire and other household safety issues. I will remember your three for hope foundation and maybe someday our foundation paths will cross.

I was so inspired by all of you on 20-20 last nite! I have a 14 year old daughter, my only child, who was born with a Congential Giant Hairy Nevus requiring excision of the area which was a total of 40% of her entire body over a period of two years. She has scaring due to that this is much like a burn. It is her entire back area, her would be breast area on her left side and went up to her neck from her back. She is going to High School this year. I worry about her as all thru school the children have often asked "what's that scar ?" if they see any of it. She is a beautiful young girl and I am hoping she was able to view your program as well as she was with her Father as we are divorced. I worry because of the divorce her scaring will not be taken care of timely for her emotionally. Seeing your program on the laser was inspirational too. God Bless all three of you girls. Stay strong & together !

I saw your segment on 20/20 and you three are truly amazing! Continue to be strong in your efforts!

I am a fellow burn survivor as well (3% facial burns) after being injured in a work accident in 1993.

I can certainly relate to feeling different.

Take care and good luck!

The three of you are a true inspiration. The segment on the television show 20/20 was powerful and showed how you have broken free of your past and are living for the future. Setting up this foundation to help others shows true generosity of spirit and soul.

I was burned on my face when I was 17. My eyes were patched and I did not know if I would ever see again. With caring and outstanding doctors, as well as the love and support of family and friends, I kept my eyesight.

As the years passed, I remained fearful of fire and flames. Recently, I attended a live 4-day Tony Robbins seminar, Unleash the Power Within. The first night is highlighted by everyone walking over a bed of burning coals. The normal fear was multiplied by my apprehension of fire. But I did it!! The release of those years of pent up fear was extraordinarily powerful. Then to see you three inspired me even more.

Good luck and God bless you in everything you do.

First I want to say that you are a major inspiration for young girls everywhere and if anyone should play the role of "role model" to the youth of today it should be girls like you! Your inner strength and fearless attitude shines through so brightly. Your inner beauty is something all young women today should strive to obtain. If I had a daughter I'd want her to be just like the three of you. I want you all to know that when I watch you speak I see so much beauty in all of you...inner and outer beauty!
Sincerely, Denise Adamo

I'm sitting at home trying to some how format into words my thoughts and feelings about the story I just watched on 20/20. Courageous is just one that definitely is very obvious about you girls, but beautiful would still be an understatement. You girls possess not only obvious outer beauty, but beauty of the inner heart, the person within :)If you were my daughters, I would be so VERY PROUD of ALL OF YOU !!
